Yoga & the Heart Space "becoming"

“If we surrendered to earth’s intelligence we could rise up rooted, like trees”.  Rainer Maria Rilke.

One Day Program

Sunday 22 September at the Beacon Yoga Centre

9.30am to 3.30pm

Light morning tea and Lunch provided

Aligned & in harmony with the universe is a path that suits you perfectly, (Swadharma), and the natural outcome is for you to unite with this path as it is a perfect match for your real nature, (Swabhava)! If we let go of distractions by mind and allow the heart to lead, the way forward is clear.

Like the caterpillar leaving behind its cocoon, our “imaginal” cells know what to leave behind so as to allow our “becoming”!

The program will work creatively to apply the benefits of postures, relaxation, breath-work and meditation, to this process of allowing our own “becoming” and enhancing  the quality we bring to life. Suitable for all levels of experience or flexibility.

The material world leads us in an ever increasing circle of achievement & accumulation, yoga leads us to be within the circle & to permeate all that is  within that space. In this way our inner circle is not a city without soul but one of being and living, with passion and vitality. No need to contemplate letting go of what needs to go as anything else will naturally fall away.

When we have emptied the heart of all that does not belong, the history, the opinions & false ideas about who we are, it just follows that what remains is love. From that loving space our deepest longing will find its voice again and again as it is an infinite space and will provide as much inspiration as we can carry! Today more than ever before, there are likely to be various contours across the life span, with overlapping phases as new roles emerge, allowing us to tap into the intricate detail of the soul and the depthless well of the loving heart.

Of course this is not only about careers, but all our pursuits in life. When we let go of all that we are not, we naturally rotate to “giving” to life as much as we take by simply expressing who we are and with this alignment, energy and vitality rises.
